The perfect day for less! Putting together a wedding can be overwhelming, but our wedding package has been designed for all that you could need to celebrate your big day. Including the ceremony room hire, food and drinks. Whether you're planning this last minute or in advance so you can get organised, our dedicated wedding team are here to help you book your special day.
At Future Inn Cardiff Bay, your big day can be personal, private and exclusive. So, relax, take your time, and treasure each moment as you tie the knot with the people you love most.
Our modern yet elegant function suites offer a stylish setting to take your vows, enjoy a wedding breakfast or celebrate into the early hours. With eight different event suites, there's plenty of choice whether you're looking to invite immediate family and friends or a few more.
Our wedding celebration packages have a Welsh theme and offer luxury and flexibility to suit a range of budgets. We make it clear what costs are included and are priced per person. With a range of affordable wedding packages at your disposal, including everything from welcome drinks and evening food and hotel stays.
If our packages don't seem quite right for you, we will happily create a bespoke package to make your wedding both individual and unforgettable.
Based on 25 guests in the day and 50 guests in the evening.
The wedding package is available all year, seven days a week. That's right, even on Saturday nights!

The following menu is part of the wedding package. You can upgrade the menu, add on canapes and bottles of wine, if you wish.
We know that catering at your wedding is important. All of our food is homemade on-site by our talented chefs, using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. Children are more than welcome to join your celebration, and we have lots of options for younger guests.
As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.

Our Cardiff hotel has 197 bedrooms to choose from which are suitable for families, couples, groups or wedding guests. In fact, they all sleep up to four guests. All bedrooms are finished with authentic Canadian furniture, a nod to our heritage, soft furnishings and a bath or shower room.
Perks include free parking and electric car charging, free Wi-Fi and a complimentary robe and slippers in your room, plus home away from home services like our guest laundry room and ice-buckets and our ice machine, which you can help yourself to. There is also free entry to Simply Gym, situated at the Red Dragon Centre across from the hotel.

Download Our Wedding BrochureJust over a mile from Cardiff City Centre and within walking distance of plentiful nearby attractions and local events, Future Inn Cardiff boasts easy access to the A4232 and M4 in South Wales. The wedding venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for guests travelling to attend your big day.
All guests at Future Inns and Thomas Restaurant get free parking. We ask that car registration details are input on one of the consoles in the restaurant or hotel reception upon arrival. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our electric car charging.
The open-plan wedding suites are found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the entrance to the hotel and restaurant. There is a disabled toilet in the events corridor next to the other bathrooms. Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
