What is Future Club Rewards?

To reward our loyal customers, Future Inns UK offers guests the opportunity to collect points and win prizes.  The more points you earn the better the prize.  For every £1 you spend on accommodation, in the bar or restaurant you earn 1 reward point.  Benefits include complimentary drinks vouchers, access to exclusive members only promotions and for every 400 points you earn you can claim a complimentary room upgrade.

What is the daily rate?

The daily rate is flexible and may change depending on availability, and may also be affected by local events.  When you book a rate, this is secured and will not change unless you make any amendments outside of your restrictions.

What is the advanced purchase rate?

This is a special offer that discounts the daily rate.  Pre-payment is required at the time of booking, and non refundable and non amendable. 

I have booked a special offer, can I get a refund if I cancel?

Our special offers may be subject to a deposit or full pre-payment at the time of booking.  These are non refundable and non amendable.  Please see your terms and conditions for further information. 

How do I cancel my reservation?

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

You will find a link on our homepage, near the footer, where you can subscribe to our newsletter.  You can unsubscribe at any time, by clicking the link at the bottom of each newsletter. 

Can I purchase a Future Inn Bristol gift voucher as a present?

If you want to treat someone with a gift, but you do not know which date or time suits them best you can buy a Future Inn gift voucher here.  Gift ideas include dinner in Chophouse Restaurant or an overnight stay. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT HOTEL ACCOMODATION

What time is check in?

Check in is from 2pm on the scheduled day of arrival, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

What time is check out?

Check out is at 12pm on the scheduled day of departure, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

Can I book an early check in or late check out?

This is something we could look into for you, depending on the time you want to arrive or depart an additional charge will be added onto your final bill.  The Hotel Reservations Team can discuss your requirements on 0117 304 1010 or by emailing reservations.bristol@futureinns.co.uk

Do you offer disabled or accessible rooms?

Yes, some of the Future Inn Bristol bedrooms are modified for those who may need accessible equipment or requirements such as walk in showers and wet rooms.

Is parking available at the hotel?

We offer free parking for all of our overnight guests, and have sufficient parking spaces at Cabot Circus.  All owners leave their cars at their own risk.  The management will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss.  

The postcode for Cabot Circus multi-storey car park is BS29 9AB.  The entrance is located 50 metres pas the Office Outlet unit on your left, next to Enterprise car rental.  You will need to obtain a ticket at the entrance of the car park and park in an appropriate space.  You ticket will be validated at Reception in Future Inn Bristol on your departure up until 1pm on the day of departure.  If you fail to validate your ticket, a refund for any charges will not be authorised. 

Does the hotel have a drop off zone?

At the rear of the hotel is our drop off zone, where you have a maximum of 15 minutes.  Any vehicles in the zone after this time period will be fined.  The hotel takes no responsibility for this, and will not be able to reverse the charge. 

I have a blue badge, can I park at the hotel?

We are able to authorise this for you.  It would be appreciated you could inform us before arrival that you wish to use this space.  Your vehicle will need to be registered at Reception upon arrival. 

Do you have coach parking?

Coaches are able to pull into the bus lane in front of the hotel or use our drop off zone at the back of the hotel. The coach will be able to park overnight at the Food Market.    

What are the Reception opening hours?

Our Reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Can I bring my pet?

Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement, but otherwise no pets are allowed at the hotel.

What size are the bedrooms?

The sizes of the rooms vary, depending on which category you are looking at.  All of our rooms are spacious.

How many people can fit in a bedroom?

Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the hotel. If you would like further details for the room you would like to book please contact the Reservations Team on 0117 304 1010 or by emailing reservations.bristol@futureinns.co.uk.

Are you a child friendly?

Children and families are more than welcome to stay at Future Inn Bristol.  Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a room with at least one adult, using existing beds on a room only basis.  All children (a person under 18 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Do you offer a babysitting service?

A babysitting service is not available at the hotel.

Can I smoke in my bedroom?

Unfortunately, it is against the law to smoke indoors or in public places, however we do have a designated smoking area outside.

Can I use drugs in my bedroom?

Guests found possessing or using illicit drugs, as defined by law, during their stay will be required to leave immediately and may be held criminally liable.

Do I have to provide personal information?

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of booking or at check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving licence.  If guests are travelling from outside the UK, Ireland or any country in the Commonwealth we are also obliged by law to require guests to provide the number and place of issue of your passport/identity card and details of their next destination.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

How long is my personal information kept?

These records will be kept for up to 7 years and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.  The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 18.

How can I pay for my hotel room?

All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival. We are unable to except cash payments. 

Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services.  All vouchers are non refundable and non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  If the intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value, the difference will need to be made up in cash; for a lower amount no change can be given.  We reserve the right to discontinue a voucher at any time or to modify any offers.  Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.  The date which each voucher is valid is noted, the voucher cannot be used after this date.  Vouchers must be produced at the time of use.  A guarantee on a credit or debit card will be taken, and will be used if the voucher is not produced or does not meet the above. Bookings cannot be made on our website if you want to pay with a gift voucher, these do need to be made directly with the Hotel.

Do you have high-speed wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms free of charge.

Do you offer shuttles to the city centre or airport?

Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to offer.  The airport shuttle is a short walk from the hotel as well as a short walk to the local train or bus routes.  Our colleagues are also happy to assist you find your public transport or call a taxi for you. 

Can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

Please contact our hotel team, who can send you a copy of your invoice. Please note, if you have used a booking agent, you may need to contact them directly.

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly.  Our rooms are cleaned daily so your item has probably been found by our housekeeping team. 

Will I be charged if I damage something?

Depending on what has been lost, broken or damaged we reserve the right to charge your debit or credit card for any damage incurred to your room or property in the hotel during your stay, including specialist cleaning. 

Do you have a gym?

We do not have a gym onsite.

Do you offer room service?

Room service is available 24 hours a day and the menu will be available in your hotel bedroom.

Is there a hairdryer or ironing board in my room?

The following is available in all of our bedrooms; desk and workspace, tea and coffee making facilities, robe and slippers, air conditioning and heat control, mist-free bathroom mirror, laptop safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, complimentary bottled water, full length mirror, easy chair and footstool, free local telephone calls, ice bucket and wine glasses, complimentary toiletries and a flat screen TV.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CHOPHOUSE RESTAURANT

Can I book breakfast?

Some of our overnight stays include a full English buffet breakfast.  For those who do not have it included, you can add this to your booking at any time, for £10 per person.  Children under 12 years of age can add breakfast for £5 per child and for under 5’s this is complimentary. 

Is half or full board available?

Some of our overnight packages include and evening meal.  However, Chophouse Restaurant is open until 10pm every day and serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. 

Can I reserve a table in the restaurant?

Of course, reservations can be made via telephone or email. 

Can I have breakfast, lunch, or dinner even if I am not staying the hotel?

You can enjoy a meal or drink in Chophouse Restaurant and Bar.  You can also make a reservation on our website or via telephone or email. 

Are special dietary requests welcome, such as gluten-free meals or vegan friendly dishes?

As our food is homemade in house, we are able to assist anyone who has a specialist diet or allergies and intolerances.  If you require a vegetarian or vegan spread, or if you need a gluten or diary free courses, please mention this when booking.  It is essential that these are pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible, so they can be made for you. 

Are children welcome in Chophouse Restaurant?

Children are more than welcome in Chophouse Restaurant.  Under 5's can dine with us for free, with a paying adult during the school holidays.

QUESTIONS ABOUT HOTEL CONFERENCES AND EVENTS

Do you host special events?

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year our hotel may host weddings, events and private parties.  Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

Do you hold Christmas Parties and Events?

Yes, we offer private or joiner parties throughout the year and for Christmas events.  Events hosted by the hotel are fully payable at the time of booking and are non refundable and non amendable.  One payment only per group is permitted, and individuals should go through the party organiser.  

What type of events do you hold?

With 6 conference and event rooms we can host, business meetings, networking, training days, corporate events, seminars, workshops, award dinners, charity fundraisers, interviews, exhibitions as well as birthday parties, anniversary dinners, baby showers, engagement parties, wedding breakfasts and receptions, school proms, christenings or naming days, celebration of life and sports dinners.

How do I book to attend Jazz at Future Inn?

The event is run by an external company, and we are just the venue for the event.  It is held every Thursday at 8.30pm.  Tickets are priced at £10 per person, or £5 per student. Tickets can be purchased on jazzatfutureinn.co.uk or on the door. 

What is included when booking a conference?

All of our meeting rooms are on the ground floor and include free Wi-Fi, data projection or flat screen TV, flipchart and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities, and reduced parking fees at Cabot Circus.  Rooms can be booked for room hire only, half or day delegate packages or overnight residential packages.

Do you require food pre-orders?

In some instances, we will require a pre-order.  It is essential that any dietary requirements and medical allergies are provided to us before your arrival.  

What happens if a member of our party mis-behaves?

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision has been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

Can we smoke if it is a private party?

Guests are asked to use the designated smoking areas as it is illegal to smoke indoors.  Any damage will result in the appropriate charge.  Guests found possessing or using illicit drugs, as defined by law, during the conference or at social events will be required to leave immediately and may be held criminally liable.

DIRECTIONS

Exit the M4 at junction 19, and then take the M32 into Bristol City Centre. At the end of M32 merge left after the traffic lights on Bond Street. Free Car Parking is available for overnight guests at the Cabot Circus multi-storey car park – the entrance to the car park is located 50 meters past the Staples unit on your left.

Please note: The hotel is located around the corner from the car park on Bond Street South. The hotel is signposted within the car park.
