Free Parking
All guests at Future Inns and Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or hotel reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Please take advantage of our electric car charging whilst you dine.
Accessibility
The open-plan event suite is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the entrance to the hotel and restaurant. There is a disabled toilet in the events corridor next to the other bathrooms. Terms and Conditions
Standard booking terms and conditions apply. A deposit of £5 per person will be taken at the time of booking to secure your space at the party. The remaining balance will be required four weeks before the event. When booking online, the full payment is taken at the time of booking. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.

How much does a children’s party cost at Future Inn Cardiff?
We offer a variety of party packages to suit different budgets and group sizes. Prices may vary depending on your chosen catering options, room size, and any additional extras, such as entertainment or decorations. Please contact our Events Team for a personalised quote tailored to your specific needs.
Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake and any decorations you’d like to personalise the space. We’ll set up tables and chairs beforehand, and we also offer tableware and themed add-ons if you’d prefer us to take care of the details.
Is entertainment included, or can I book my own?
Entertainment isn’t included in the standard packages, but you’re welcome to hire your own! We can accommodate DJs, face painters, magicians, balloon artists, soft play, and more. (We just ask for a copy of their public liability insurance, and ask that any of their electrical equipment is PAT tested) If you need recommendations, we work with trusted local entertainers and can point you in the right direction.
Do you cater for food allergies and dietary needs?
Yes, we do. Our kitchen team is experienced in preparing meals for various dietary requirements. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure everyone is safely catered for.
Although we take extra precautions when advised of an allergen or intolerance, we cannot guarantee that our menu items are 100% free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination in the preparation process.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of children?
There’s no strict minimum, but our smallest room is ideal for 10 guests, and we can comfortably host up to 210 people in our largest space. Whether you're planning a cosy celebration or a big bash with the whole class, we’ll find the right setup for you.
Can we bring party bags or arrange party favours?
Yes! You're more than welcome to provide party bags for your guests. We can even set up a table and tablecloth to display them nicely.
Can guests stay overnight at Future Inn Cardiff?
Yes. If you have family or friends travelling for the party, they can book one of our spacious hotel rooms. We may be able to offer a discounted rate for party guests - just ask when booking.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all guests attending your event. The car park is right outside the venue for easy access.
Is the venue accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs?
Definitely. All of our event spaces are on the ground floor with step-free access, accessible toilets, and plenty of space for prams and wheelchairs.
