You can then choose to stick to the same cocktail or pick two entirely different ones from the cocktail menu.

Food and Drink Menu
As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Please mention this when booking if you require a vegetarian or vegan spread or if you need gluten or dairy-free. It is essential that these are pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible, so they can be made for you.
All of our restaurants are accessible. The open-plan restaurants are on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking for blue badge holders is available at each hotel. Guests at Thomas Restaurant in Cardiff and Fishbone Restaurant in Plymouth get free parking. Found directly outside the restaurant. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.
In Chophouse Restaurant in Bristol, guests get 50% off parking at Cabot Circus. Please present your ticket to our reception team upon departure, who will validate it. Cabot Circus is outside the Bristol Clean Air Zone.
In restaurant terminology, a table d'hôte menu is a multi-course meal with a smaller selection of choices are charged at a fixed price. It is also known as a set menu. It in no way reduces the quality of the food you receive. The main difference between an a-la-carte and table d'hôte menu is that the a-la-carte will have a wide variety of courses that are individually priced, whereas the table d'hôte is a menu type usually with a set number of courses, all for a set price.
