Meeting Room Hire Cardiff

The events centre has eight Cardiff meeting rooms, with a capacity of up to 210 delegates, available to hire per hour, half-day, full-day, or in the evenings. 

Our meeting rooms feature ground-floor access, generous natural daylight, free Wi-Fi, a TV screen or data projection, flipcharts and pens, temperature control, and blackout facilities.

Exhibition Conference Venues Cardiff

We can accommodate up to 300 attendees for exhibitions, with 34 6-foot stands or tables and power sockets. Plus, a separate welcome foyer to greet vendors and attendees.

The exhibition space extends across the ground floor. Whether you're hosting a trade show, product launch, or art display, Future Inn Cardiff provides an ideal setting for both exhibitors and attendees.

A range of flexible delegate packages are available for room hire, half-day and full-day, and even hotel residential options.

Each room has audio-visual equipment, flipcharts, pens, and free Wi-Fi. The packages include everything you need for the day, including refreshments, snacks and lunch.

Plus, the outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying the fresh air during breakout sessions in warmer weather.

How to Get to Future Inns

Just over a mile from Cardiff City Centre and within walking distance of plentiful nearby attractions, Future Inn Cardiff boasts easy access to the A4232 and M4 in South Wales. Ample free parking is available on site. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting. 

Future Inns is also a cycle-friendly hotel, easily accessible from the Taff Trail and Cardiff Bay Barrage, with a large secure cycle rack. For those travelling from the city centre, The Aquabus (water taxi) runs hourly from Cardiff Bay between 1000 and 1700.

Accessible Cardiff Conference Venue

When booking conference venues in Cardiff, accessiblity is important. The function suites are entirely accessible, found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the hotel and Thomas Restaurant.

There is a choice of accessible bedrooms. A double with an option to add a sofa bed or a twin with two large Queen sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning spaces.
