Our evening-only wedding package is perfect if you are getting married abroad or just want to join us for the party element of your wedding day. This is also a perfect option for a more informal celebration.
Unlike other wedding venues, there are no restrictions for our wedding celebrations. The wedding package is available all year, seven days a week. That's right, even on Saturday nights!

Our Bristol wedding offer includes everything you could need for a wedding celebration. Our modern yet elegant function suites offer a stylish setting to take your vows, enjoy a wedding breakfast or celebrate into the early hours. With six different event suites, there's plenty of choice whether you're looking to invite immediate family and friends or a few more.
Our wedding packages offer luxury and flexibility to suit a range of budgets. We make it clear what costs are included and are priced per person. With a range of affordable private dining packages at your disposal, including everything from welcome drinks and evening food and hotel stays.
If our packages don't seem quite right for you, we will happily create a bespoke package to make your wedding both individual and unforgettable.
We know that catering at your wedding is important. All of our food is homemade on-site by our talented chefs, using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. Children are more than welcome to join your celebration, and we have lots of options for younger guests.
As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Our Bristol hotel has 149 bedrooms to choose from which are suitable for families, couples, groups or wedding guests. In fact, some sleep up to four guests. All bedrooms are finished with authentic Canadian furniture, a nod to our heritage, soft furnishings and a bath or shower room.
Perks include parking, free Wi-Fi and a complimentary robe and slippers in your room. Plus, iron and ironing boards, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, a flat-screen TV with Freeview and complimentary toiletries.

The wedding venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue, which is £9 per night. Making our venues suitably accessible for wedding guests travelling to attend your next meeting.
It is important to us that no one misses out on any element of a wedding day or feels left out. Future Inn Bristol is the ideal wedding venue for people or guests with disabilities or reduced mobility and wheelchair users. Our disabled facilities and fully accessible hotel offer a range of accessories to accommodate different needs. There is step-free access to every area, with wide corridors and large door frames. Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
