We know that catering at your wedding is important. All of our food is homemade on-site by our talented chefs, using some of the finest local produce and ingredients - even for a large capacity wedding. Children are more than welcome to join your celebration, and we have lots of options for younger guests.
As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Our Bristol hotel has 149 bedrooms to choose from which are suitable for families, couples, groups or wedding guests. In fact, some sleep up to four guests and there are interconnecting rooms.

The wedding venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue, which is £9 per night. Making our venues suitably accessible for wedding guests travelling to attend your next meeting.
It is important to us that no one misses out on any element of a wedding day or feels left out. Future Inn Bristol is the ideal wedding venue for people or guests with disabilities or reduced mobility and wheelchair users. Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
