Future Inn Bristol is the ideal wedding venue for people or guests with disabilities or reduced mobility and wheelchair users. Our disabled facilities and fully accessible hotel offer a range of accessories to accommodate different needs.
We believe all individuals and couples getting married deserve dignity and equality. You aren’t a burden, and if there is anything we can do before a meeting or for the big day itself to make things easier for you, please ask. We'll always be honest. If it is something we can't help with, we'll let you know.
Let's start with your arrival. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. There is a drop-off zone at the back of the hotel, which does have a limited time of 15 minutes. However, Blue Badge holders can park here for £9 per stay. If you are arriving in a wedding car, there's a drop-off spot in front of the main doors.
Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. The wedding and function suites are found on the top floor.
Our modern yet elegant function suites offer a stylish setting to take your vows, enjoy a wedding breakfast or celebrate into the early hours. With six different event suites, there's plenty of choice. Your big day can be personal, private and exclusive from 2 to 200 guests.
There is a disabled toilet, with bars and handrails, in the events corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Each wedding is individually set up, so we can make sure there is enough room for a wheelchair user to view the ceremony comfortably and have easy access to the dining tables.
Our wedding packages offer luxury and flexibility to suit a range of budgets. We make it clear what costs are included and are priced per person. With a range of affordable wedding packages at your disposal, including everything from welcome drinks and evening food and hotel stays.
If our packages don't seem quite right for you, we will happily create a bespoke package to make your wedding both individual and unforgettable.
We know that catering at your wedding is important. All of our food is homemade on-site by our talented chefs, using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. Children are more than welcome to join your celebration, and we have lots of options for younger guests.
As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Bedrooms at Future Inn Bristol
The accessible bedroom is large and spacious with a Queen sized bed and a sofa, which can be changed into a bed. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space.
All rooms have a desk with a workspace and a laptop safe. There's also have tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV and a robe and slippers.
The private bathroom has walk-in showers with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink, towel rail and shelving have been lowered where we put your complimentary toiletries to keep things within easy reach.

Future Inns is in the heart of Bristol City Centre. It is within easy access of the M32 and M5. The wedding venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue, which is £9 per night. Making our venues suitably accessible for wedding guests travelling to attend your next meeting.

A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
