Future Inn Plymouth is a South West Wedding Awards Finalist
Hard work really does pay off! It is our absolute pleasure to announce that the wedding team at Future Inn Plymouth have been selected as a finalist for the South West Wedding Awards 2020 in the Wedding Venue Town category. All votes were from our happy couples too!
The high-profile awards recognise wedding business who exceed the expectations of their customers. This is done by providing outstanding service and by building a solid reputation. The South West Wedding Awards are the south-west of England’s premier choice awards for weddings.
Earlier this year we were shortlisted into the Wedding Venue Town category for the South West Wedding Awards. Our brides and grooms were encouraged to vote for us. They had to rate the service they received, the quality of their day, the value, and the commitment from the team.
Our nomination is a direct result of votes from couples we have had the pleasure of hosting their special day for at Future Inn Plymouth. Which is a testament to Jodie McCabe our Wedding Co-ordinator and the rest of the wedding team. This includes the kitchen team who prepare the delicious food, the banqueting team who keep guests hydrated and of course everyone else behind the scenes.

Even though Future Inns has been a presence in Plymouth for nearly 14 years, for some local residents’ awareness of the full range of services could be improved. We are more than just a hotel, as this wedding award nomination demonstrates. Fishbone Restaurant is open all year round for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening dining and traditional roasts on Sundays. As well as festive menus and special events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Conferences, meetings and events are hosted here all year round too, not just Christmas parties.
All of the staff at Future Inn Plymouth are proud of the fantastic product we have, with a shared vision and drive to make it a real success. Being a finalist is an acknowledgement to the staff who work hard work every day. Equally, it is rewarding to be recognised by our peers well as confirmation to our customers who enjoy coming back again and again.
The black-tie gala event is being held on Friday 24th January 2020 in Plymouth. All the nominees, across all categories, will start the celebrations with a drink’s reception, followed by a 3-course dinner, with the awards ceremony afterwards.
