Are you a charity or a not for profit organisation? Do you host meetings or conferences? If yes, you could be eligible for Visit Britain’s Events Industry Recovery Fund up to £15,000. And, Future Inns can support you.

The Domestic Support Fund, previously known as The Events Industry Recovery Fund, is open to applications from charities and not for profit organisations and associations that have been in business for more than a year.

If you hold a meeting before 17th December 2021, financial support is available. There are some terms and conditions. It must be for a minimum of 100 delegates and up to 500. It has to be a live event but can include a virtual or hybrid element. The funding does not support award ceremonies, AGM’s, incentives or leisure tour groups.

The application can be up to £30 per delegate (including VAT) and up to £15,000 for the entire event. Applications will be paid after the event has occurred and the submission of evidence has been received.

A hybrid meeting combines a live in-person event with a virtual online component. It means you can invite more delegates to attend the event without compromising social distancing regulations. At Future Inns, we have partnered with AV supplier Sounds Commercial to provide a combination of cutting-edge AV equipment with HD cameras and bespoke streaming technology. This allows you to deliver a professional conference experience.
