Five reasons why you should attend a wedding fayre

Want to know if a wedding fayre is really worth it? We’ve put together 5 reasons why you should attend the wedding fayre at Future Inn Plymouth on Sunday 5th January 2020 between 11am-3pm with FREE entry

Whether you want the full fairy-tale wedding or something simple but sophisticated, attending a wedding fayre can help turn your dreams into reality. Here are five reasons why you need to come along to our wedding fayre:

1. Bubbles and canapes

Sip on a glass of chilled fizz as you explore Future Inn Plymouth, including many of the event suites dressed as if it were a wedding day. What is more, the friendly wedding team will be walking around with delicious canapes for you to get an authentic taste of what you can expect on your wedding day.

2. Experienced team

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of the Future Inn Plymouth wedding team members, all of whom are highly experienced with impeccable attention to detail. Once you have explored and met the exhibitors and suppliers, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and learn more about our wedding packages. They also have ideas for you to get ready for the big day with hen and stag hotel packages, a family celebration in Fishbone Restaurant or a quaint afternoon tea.

3. Location

Ideally situated, Future Inn Plymouth is close to transport links, making it easy to get to from so many different areas. Plus, we offer free parking for all hotel and wedding guests.

For guests who are from further away, the 143 bedroom wedding venue hotel can be utilised by guests. Our 4-star quality accommodation has large spacious bedrooms, all of which can sleep up to four guests. They help you to feel completely at home with perks that include a complimentary robe and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, vegan toiletries, fruit baskets on each floor and even a small exercise room.

It is also an excellent opportunity to Visit Plymouth, which is famous for the Mayflower – which will be celebrating 400 years since its departure in 2020. As well as being one of Britain’s largest seaports, meaning we get lots of great fish too, and having the oldest gin distillery in England.

4. Meet award-winning suppliers

We are fortunate to work with some of the best in the industry. They attend so you can meet them in person, and so they can give you additional ideas and inspiration for your big day. When discussing your vision, the local experts, who know the area, are very likely to know your chosen wedding venue and will be able to discuss set-ups and delivery options with you.

5. Save the date

If you fall head over heels for our wedding venue, you can save a potential date with a member of the wedding and events team. What is more, you can hold the date free of charge while you decide what wedding package you would like before you sign contracts and book.

If you are unable to make the wedding fayre, you can book a private appointment with the team on 01752 701000 or enquire with meetings.plymouth@futureinns.co.uk
