We've highlighted five irresistible dishes you must try when visiting. Each is bursting with flavour – a masterpiece in its own right - and will leave you satisfied and content.

5 MUST-TRY DISHES

1.     Caprese Salad (v) (gf)

A classic Italian favourite takes centre stage. Freshly sliced mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and a drizzle of pesto dressing come together perfectly. This simple salad is the perfect combination of flavours, textures, and freshness. What's more, this delightful dish is vegetarian and gluten-free.

2.     Lamb Kofta Flatbread

Transport yourself with a taste of the Mediterranean. Succulent lamb koftas, nestled within a warm flatbread, are complemented by the cool, refreshing taste of tzatziki and a vibrant pomegranate salad. This one will leave you craving more!

3.     Beer Battered Cod & Chips

No visit to Fishbone Restaurant would be complete without indulging in their quintessentially British offering of fish and chips. Crisp, golden-brown batter envelops flaky cod fillets, served alongside perfectly cooked skin-on fries, mushy peas, and tangy tartar sauce. It's a timeless classic that celebrates the best of British seafood.

4.     Chicken & Chorizo Pasta Bowl

For those craving hearty comfort food with a twist, look no further. Tender chicken and spicy chorizo mingle with pasta, creating a dish that's both comforting and full of flavour. Topped with peppery rocket for an added kick, this pasta bowl is sure to become a firm favourite among diners.

5.     Vegan Treacle Tart (v)

Last but certainly not least, satisfy your sweet tooth with our heavenly treacle tart. A golden pastry shell encases a rich, sticky filling infused with the deep, caramel flavour of treacle. Completely vegan yet irresistibly indulgent, this treacle tart is the perfect finale to a memorable dining experience.
