Future Inns First Underwater Hotel

Who doesn't want to find themselves surrounded by the deep blue sea without having to leave the comfort of your hotel room? That's right, you could be sleeping with the fishes. Now, you can plan the ultimate staycation with Future Inns.
The underwater hotel will consist of 13 suites. It will be modelled after undersea resorts in tropical locations and pay homage to our Canadian roots. Experience beneath the surface like never before.
Like all hotel rooms at Future Inns, you can expect a large spacious room with a soft seating area. As well as individual heat control or air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, an ice bucket and wine glasses and a flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with shower facilities and vegan-friendly toiletries, plus a complimentary robe and slippers. Guests will also get free WiFi and parking at the harbour.
At sea level, guests can enjoy the on-deck restaurant serving locally sourced ingredients – like all Future Inns restaurants. The under-water hotel menu is still under development but will serve sustainably caught shark, sea turtles and flounder.
The final stages of the planning and construction are underway. So, keep a close watch on the project as it progresses.
