Yes! Hospitality has reopened, and we can now dine indoors. Alongside measures to keep you and our staff safe, you can grab a fork and dig into our new Bristol restaurant and bar menu in Chophouse Restaurant and Bar.
We are back with a bang, and Bristol foodies or those visiting our hotel will love the changes that have been made. Including how we are welcoming you back safely. There is a lot of choices to get your taste buds tingling with options to suit all diets. All of our dishes are made on-site using local, fresh ingredients. Chophouse Restaurant is the home of steaks, chops and ribs. All of our main courses are now served with your choice of side. If you don't want our homemade chips or some sweet potato fries, you could choose a lighter option of a side salad, green beans or corn on the cob. The house-made onion rings are a staff favourite too!
Not into steak? No problem! Bristol has been crowned The Vegan Capital of the World. There are so many lip-smacking options; a mezze board or summer griddled kebabs to start or a Moroccan sweet potato and chickpea salad as a lite bite. Bigger eats include a spicy bean burrito or a homemade vegan corn and coriander plant burger.
There are plenty of gluten-free options too. Chicken and fish dishes – including our sustainable haddock battered in Butcombe™ beer. Plus, something for children. In fact, under 5's eat for free with a paying adult, and this offer is extended to under 12's during the school holidays.

Chophouse Bristol Menu
Our Food and Beverage Manager, Mark, actually joined Chophouse just before lockdown. But for obvious reasons, he hasn't been able to flex his muscles – until now. Without giving his age away, Mark has worked in hospitality in the UK and abroad for 23 years. He moved from our sister restaurant in Cardiff, Thomas, where he impressed diners with his humorous, fun personality and colourful socks. He has a passion for high service standards and making every guest's visit an 'experience'. As well as showing off his joy of mixology – both behind and in front of the bar. Mark won't say no to a gin if you're offering?
It's clear to see that Head Chef Nikosz has been infusing his Greek and Mediterranean background into the new summer menu. Even making his own houmous! Nikosz has worked in a variety of 4* hotels and restaurants when he came to the UK after opening up his own restaurants in Greece with his friend. Why? We asked the same question, but we are not complaining! There are many fresh vegetables, fish and flavours on the menu to make you feel like you're abroad, instead of on staycation.

Do you like it shaken or stirred? With a salt rim or sugar? On the rocks or straight up? Why not browse our Bristol restaurant happy hour menu? Monday to Friday between 4pm-7pm, all our cocktails are on 2 for 1. Will you choose a Passionfruit Martini, a Tom Collins or a Whiskey Smash? There are lots to choose from.
Want a truly unforgettable dining experience? Begin with a cocktail to start your evening off before sitting down to three courses off the table d'hôte dinner menu. You can then choose to stick to the same cocktail or pick two entirely different ones from the cocktail menu which Mark has designed to complement your food. Available 7 days a week from 5pm, all for £41 per person.
Our favourite food deal at our Bristol restaurant is back! Available 7 days a week, you can enjoy 2 courses for £17 or 3 courses for £20. The table d'hote menu has some popular selections from the Chophouse Restaurant menu and fantastic fresh specials.
