In a year where the travel industry has faced unprecedented challenges, the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards recognise hotels and hospitality providers who have continued to give exceptional customer service.
As well as personal changes, businesses in 2020 faced challenges. With limited opportunities for leisure travel and tourism, it meant that the trips out guests had to make were necessary. Those who have stayed at Future Inns during the pandemic lockdown had to for work, hospital appointments, schooling, or self-isolation.
The Booking.com Traveller Review Awards were based on exceptional review scores that were consistently over the last year. The awards are in their 9th year and are recognising partners across 220 countries. This shows how much guests appreciate the service they received and adapted to the new health and safety procedures.

This year’s awards also reveal insights into traveller preferences throughout the past year and have uncovered that British travellers appreciate staff, cleanliness and location most when reviewing award-winning properties.
