The naming of cream tea actually comes from Devon and Cornwall. Cream tea is a scone or two served with a fresh pot of tea. There is a big debate about whether you decide to put cream or jam on your scone first. Those in Devon typically spread the clotted cream first followed by jam, whereas the Cornish tradition is jam first. Cream tea is available daily and can be served in the bar or restaurant for £5.95 per person.
