Conference Facilities
The events centre has eight Cardiff meeting rooms, with a capacity of up to 210 delegates (300 for an exhibition). All rooms are on the ground floor, and they offer generous amounts of natural daylight, free WiFi, data projection, flipcharts and pens, temperature control, and blackout facilities.

What dates does the Autumn Conference Special Offer apply to?

Yes – standard meeting and conference packages are available year-round. Contact the events team for details.
What is included in the room hire only option?
Room hire includes the event space, tables and chairs, natural daylight, blackout facilities, Wi-Fi, temperature control and parking. Equipment and catering can be added separately.
Getting to Future Inns
Just over a mile from Cardiff City Centre and within walking distance of plentiful nearby attractions, Future Inn Cardiff boasts easy access to the A4232 and M4 in South Wales. Ample free parking is available on site. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting.
Future Inns is also a cycle-friendly hotel, easily accessible from the Taff Trail and Cardiff Bay Barrage, with a large secure cycle rack. For those travelling from the city centre, The Aquabus (water taxi) runs hourly from Cardiff Bay between 1000 and 1700.

Free Parking
All visitors get free parking. Please ensure delegates enter their car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception on arrival. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.
Accessible Cardiff Conference Venue
When booking conference venues in Cardiff, accessibility is important. The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets.
