As the largest LGBTIQ+ multisport event in Europe, EuroGames brings together athletes of all abilities alongside allies from across the continent. By Car - Sophia Gardens is a 16-minute taxi ride from Future Inn Cardiff. Public car parking is available in the Sophia Gardens. Pay-and-display car park situated within Sophia Close.
By Bus - The number 6 Bay Car bus goes from Lloyd George Avenue, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and takes you to the Cardiff Bus Interchange, where you can take the number 25, 63, 64 or 122 towards. The whole journey takes 38 minutes.
By Train - The Cardiff Bay train station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Go 2 stops to Cathays, followed by a 20-minute walk to Sophia Gardens.
By Bike: It would take approximately 18 minutes to cycle to Sophia Gardens Coach Station. Future Inn Cardiff is a cycle-friendly hotel, and we allow guests to keep bikes in their rooms with cycle mats supplied.
On Foot - It would take around 50 minutes to walk from the hotel via the city centre.
By Boat: The Aquabus (water taxi) runs hourly from Cardiff Bay between 1030 and 1630 and stops in Bute Park, across the road from the stadium. Weather permitting. The journey takes about 25 minutes. It's then a 10 minute walk to Sophia Gardens.
