What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.
What time is check out?
Check out is at 11am on the scheduled day of departure, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.
Can I book an early check-in or late check out?
It is possible to arrange early check-in or late check-out, depending on the time you want to arrive or depart. An additional charge will be added onto your final bill. The Hotel Reservations Team can discuss your requirements on 02920 487111 or by emailing reservations.cardiff@futureinns.co.uk.
Do you offer disabled or accessible rooms?
Yes, some of the Future Inns Cardiff bedrooms are modified for those who may need accessible equipment or requirements such as walk-in showers and wet rooms. Find out more about our accessible rooms here.
Is parking available at the hotel?
We offer free parking for all of our guests and have sufficient parking spaces. You will need to enter your car registration into the database on arrival at the hotel, to avoid being charged. All owners leave their cars at their own risk. The management will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss.
Do you have disabled parking bays?
Spaces are available at the front of the hotel and Thomas Restaurant for blue badge holders.
What are the Reception opening hours?
Our Reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.
Can I bring my pet?
Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement, but otherwise, no pets are allowed at the hotel.
Are you child-friendly?
Children and families are more than welcome to stay at Future Inns Cardiff. Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a room with at least one adult, using existing beds on a room only basis. All children (a person under 18 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
