As our food is homemade in-house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. If you require a vegetarian or vegan spread, or if you need gluten or dairy-free, please mention this when booking. It is essential that these are pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible, so they can be made for you.
The open-plan restaurant is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly there is no disabled toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Guests at Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please make sure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our free electric car charging whilst you dine.
