Our evening-only wedding package is perfect if you are getting married abroad or just want to join us for the party element of your wedding day. This is also a perfect option for a more informal celebration.
Unlike other wedding venues, there are no restrictions for our wedding celebrations. The wedding package is available all year, seven days a week. That's right, even on Saturday nights!
At Future Inn Bristol, your big day can be personal, private and exclusive for up to 200 guests. So, relax, take your time, and treasure each moment of your special day as you tie the knot with the people you love most.

Alongside its excellent location, the hotel boasts spacious and airy bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, a desk and workspace, and a laptop safe. Guests can also enjoy added comforts such as complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities, enhancing the overall experience. The biggest perk of staying at our Bristol hotel is the free parking at Cabot Circus, directly across the road from Future Inns.

How to get to Future Inns
In the heart of Bristol City Centre, Future Inns is within easy access of the M32 and M5. The wedding venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample free parking is available at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue. Making our venues suitably accessible for wedding guests travelling to attend your next meeting.
Car Parking
Free parking is available for all hotel guests, with one car per room, at the Cabot Circus multi-storey car park, located directly opposite the hotel. Any additional vehicles will need to be paid for separately. Chophouse Restaurant diners get 50% off parking. The process is the same - please give your vehicle registration number at Reception. Plus, business conference visitors can access discounted parking if arranged in advance. The car park is within the Bristol Clean Air Zone; however, entry and exit via Houlton Street avoids the chargeable zone. We recommend double-checking your car's eligibility before travelling. A drop-off parking zone located at the back of the hotel, also within the Bristol Clean Air Zone, allows you a strict 15-minute time limit to unload. Limited blue badge parking is also available here, which must be registered at Reception on a first-come, first-served basis.
Terms and Conditions
Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability and a minimum number of guests. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and must be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
