Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, 30th March 2014 and at Future Inns, we know how to spoil mums!
A three-course Mother’s Day menu priced at £15.00 per person has been specially created by the hotel restaurant’s Head Chef, Andrew Martin at the Thomas Restaurant and Bar in Cardiff Bay. The menu offers a delectable spread of starters, with the mains featuring a Sunday Carvery style offering a contemporary twist that includes favourites such as roast beef, roast pork, seared fillet of bass as well as a vegetarian option. End your meal on a sweet note with a mouth-watering array of to-die-for desserts. To further enhance the experience, a free meal voucher will be given to mums to redeem on their next visit to the restaurant.
Group Operations Manager, Paul Lago said, “We wanted to design a menu that symbolises dishes that would have been created lovingly by mum herself and to celebrate this remarkable occasion with the family.”
