Future Inns UK has commissioned a section of the International Space Station and has curated a private anti-gravity suite where guests can spend the night on mankind's only outpost in space. We are excited to enable regular people to enjoy the beauty of space and demonstrate it is no longer the domain of professional astronauts. Construction has started on the first out-of-this-world facility.
Like all hotel rooms at Future Inns, you can expect a large spacious room with a soft seating area. As well as individual heat control or air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee-making facilities, an ice bucket, wine glasses, and a flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with shower facilities and vegan-friendly toiletries, plus a complimentary robe and slippers. Guests will also get free WiFi and parking at the shuttle port.
The restaurant will serve authentic food inspired by what NASA feed astronauts in space. The rehydrated foods include macaroni and cheese, pizza, chicken, and mashed potato. All are packed with vitamins and minerals. Some foods like brownies, nuts, and fruit can be eaten in their natural forms. There are certain foods that aren’t allowed in space, including bread, alcohol, ice cream, fish and chips.
The final stages of the planning and construction are underway. So, keep a close watch on the project as it progresses.
