Ocean City Motorcycle Festival is taking place on Saturday 17th August 2019 and the hugely popular Megaride motorcycle mass ride out now in its 25th year on Sunday 18th August 2019. It is a well-attended event that attracts up to 10,000 people.
The two-day motorcycle festival is being held in support of local charities and will be held on the historic Plymouth Hoe Promenade a few days after the world famous British Fireworks championship which is one of the top attractions for the city of Plymouth in August.
The popular Plymouth Mega Ride is in its 25th year. The bikers will be leaving Lea Mill Industrial Estate in the morning expected on Plymouth Hoe Promenade around 12-1pm. Plymouth Mega Ride started in 1995 with around 400 bikers and over the years it has become one of the most popular events on the Plymouth Hoe, expecting over 8000 bikers this year!
This family-friendly event will also have live music, raffles, trade stands and food and drink.
Plymouth Hoe is a 16-minute drive from Future Inn Plymouth. Alternatively, it would take around 39-minutes on public transport, or 27-minutes by bike. It would take approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes to walk from the hotel.
