Begin with a cocktail to get the evening off to a special start, before choosing three courses off the table d'hôte dinner menu. You can then choose to stick to the same cocktail or pick two entirely different ones from the cocktail menu.

Fishbone Restaurant

Fishbone Restaurant is a welcoming and contemporary dining venue. Known for serving locally sourced produce, the menu showcases a delightful range of British and seafood dishes, ensuring that diners can enjoy an authentic taste of the region. From hearty breakfasts to leisurely lunches and indulgent dinners, it is ideal for both hotel guests and locals alike.

Additionally, the restaurant features an inviting bar area, perfect for enjoying a drink. In the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor terrace. A large selection of drinks is also available, including popular local brands such as Atlantic IPA, Offshore, Tarquins Gin, and Plymouth Gin. Naturally, there's a good choice of soft drinks, including refreshing fruit juices, tea, coffee, and mocktails.

What is a table d'hôte or TDH menu?

In restaurant terminology, a table d'hôte menu is a multi-course meal with a smaller selection of choices charged at a fixed price. It is also known as a set menu. It in no way reduces the quality of the food you receive. The main difference between an a-la-carte and a table d'hôte menu is that the a-la-carte will have a wide variety of individually priced courses. In contrast, the table d'hôte is a menu type usually with a set number of courses, all for a set price.

Disabled access

The open-plan restaurant is on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly there is no accessible toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Free Parking

Guests at Fishbone Restaurant in Plymouth get free parking, which is found directly outside the restaurant. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception when you arrive to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.
