The events centre has eight meeting rooms, ranging in capacity up to 300 delegates. Our meeting rooms feature ground-floor access, generous amounts of natural daylight, free WiFi, data projection, flipchart and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities.

Function Rooms Plymouth

A range of flexible day delegate packages are available for room hire, half-day and full-day, and even hotel residential options. Each of the rooms has audio-visual equipment and free WiFi. The outside terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air in warmer weather during lunch or breakout sessions.

How to Get to Future Inns

Just 4 miles from Plymouth City Centre, Future Inn Plymouth has easy access from the M5, A38, A386 and A374. Ample free parking and three coach bays are available on site.

The venue is just 15 minutes from Plymouth Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road and outside the hotel. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting. Future Inns is also a cycle-friendly hotel with an external bike rack, plus easy access to many local routes, including Dartmoor National Park.

Each of the event spaces offers a range of refreshment and catering opportunities, including healthy options. From teas, coffees, and pastries to lunch menus, including finger buffets or three-course dinners, our talented chefs make most of our food on-site using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. 

Accessible Plymouth Conference Venue

When booking conference venues in Plymouth, accessibility is important. The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the hotel and Fishbone Restaurant.

There is a choice of accessible bedrooms. A double with an option to add a sofa bed or a twin with two large Queen sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning spaces. Free Parking

All visitors get free parking. Please ensure delegates enter their car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception on arrival. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.

We do! We have facilities to support a host of different events, from business meetings to baby showers. Visit our events page to find out more. 

At Christmas, we host a full schedule of events to help you celebrate. We can also help organise your private Christmas party.

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year our hotel may host weddings, events and private parties. Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

With 8 conference and event rooms we can host, business meetings, networking, training days, corporate events, seminars, workshops, award dinners, charity fundraisers, interviews, exhibitions as well as birthday parties, anniversary dinners, baby showers, engagement parties, wedding breakfasts and receptions, school proms, christenings or naming days, a celebration of life and sports dinners.

All of our meeting rooms are on the ground floor and include free Wi-Fi, data projection or flat screen TV, flipchart and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities, and ample free parking. Rooms can be booked for room hire only, half or day delegate packages or overnight residential packages.

In some instances, we will require a pre-order. It is essential that any dietary requirements and medical allergies are provided to us before your arrival.

Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the hotel. And there is a disabled toilet in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away.

Delegate packages start from £26 per person and include room hire. Whereas catering packages start from £14 per person. Depending on which room you would like to hire and for how long, prices start from £200.
