At Future Inn Plymouth our guest reviews are a wonderful source of feedback from our guests
We pride ourselves on providing a 4-star service and facilities. We like to think that the little perks in your bedroom such as complimentary robe and slippers, bottled water as well as the usual hospitality tray can help make your visit feel more luxurious - plus we are always complimented on our large Canadian beds and spacious bedrooms. The hotel also has a fantastic reputation as a conference and meeting centre. Again these spacious and bright rooms have all the facilities you would require to host an event including screens, projectors, flipcharts and more. The team are consistently praised on the quality of food produced for weddings, events and the menus served in Fishbone Restaurant.
“Great location”, “large comfortable room”, "two double beds", "rooms are large", "free parking", "would stay again" and “great value Plymouth hotel” are among some of our frequent guest comments. We are so pleased with our feedback we’d like to share it with you!
My husband and I couldn't have asked for more from you and the team! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we loved every second of it. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and you took so much of the stress away for us to enjoy our wedding planning as much as possible! The food was great and the venue is stunning. A very nice hotel and excellent value. We chose the Future Inn because of its proximity to the Plymouth Business Park, and it turned out to be a very good decision. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was brand new and very powerful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. For a twin room to have two massive double beds was unusual and very very welcome. The reception and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful, and the whole hotel gave the impression of luxury but at an amazingly reasonable cost. L0nd0ner
Finally! - a decent hotel in Plymouth. I am a regular visitor to Plymouth several times a year and have sampled most of the 3 star and above hotels in the area over the years. Most of them I would rate as average at best and I generally have a sinking feeling when planning to go to Plymouth as up until now I had yet to find a hotel that I felt comfortable in. The staff were excellent and every staff member even if you pass them in the corridor greets you. All staff I found to be extremely professional and friendly. RozzieUK
What a delightful hotel. Stayed with my wife for a short break whilst visiting family in the area, good facilities and hotel was easy to find. Particularly good food for dinner , we liked the variety of menu choices. Next stay already booked! Donald White
Had a lovely Sunday roast at the Fishbone Restaurant was delicious. Loads of beef, broccoli and cauliflower was done in a cheese sauce, gravy was lush defiantly go again. I would recommend to everyone to try it and I wasn’t a hotel guest I just popped in. Tracy S
We have just returned home after a two-week stay at this Hotel. I can honestly say we were well and truly looked after. The staff couldn't do enough for us, from the reception through to the kitchen. Our rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. Food in the Fishbone Restaurant was exceptional. Chef catered for all our needs. Waiting staff were warm and friendly. We would recommend this Hotel and look forward to visiting it again. Heather Jones
I have to say the service here was exemplary. I travel a great deal with work and end up staying at hotels a few times a month, usually end up eating as quickly as I can as I feel somewhat conspicuous sat alone. The staff here today made me feel so welcome that I took my time! I was shown to my table by a member of staff who later mentioned that there was a large party coming in shortly and if I wanted to move he would arrange it. I felt this was exceptionally kind of him, and to add he did it very discreetly too. Onto the food. I thought it was tasty, good quality and well presented. The ambience in the restaurant was relaxed, and I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Mike
This hotel was spotlessly clean in both the room and all the public areas. My room had 2 queen beds which were beautiful to sleep in and the air con ensured very good nights sleep. Despite the fact that my room overlooked a main road I could hear no traffic noise whatsoever. For me what I loved was the excellent amount of parking that this hotel has. No fighting for a space when returning late or even worse having to park in a public car park and walk back to the hotel like some of the Plymouth hotels offer. In Fishbone Restaurant the service was efficient and friendly and the food tasty. This hotel is suitable for business or leisure travellers. A great stay. Carolyn U
We all keep saying what an amazing job you did for our wedding day. Everything was so perfect and we got everything we wanted, and it was mainly down to Jodie our Wedding Co-ordinator. She really is great at her job!” Chantelle and Matthew
