Traditional roast turkey wrapped in bacon with sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets and a rich red wine jus (gf on request)

Braised shoulder and rack of lamb, fondant potato and rosemary jus (gf on request)

Salmon coulibiac, crushed new potatoes, white wine sauce

Goats cheese, leek and walnut tart with charred chicory (v)

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
