We’ve Won! Best Hotel Awards
Christmas has come early to Future Inns. All three hotels; Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth, have won a Best Hotel award in their region, with Bristol and Cardiff getting the top spot and Plymouth coming in second.
All the businesses in the running for the award faced a 50-point inspection which included local reviews, history, services, business standards, ratings, satisfaction, trust, price and trading excellence. It was also important that the website is easy to use and helpful, as well as having a social media presence that keeps customers informed and engaged. So, those rated really are the best of the best.
In Cardiff and Bristol, they have outright won the award, ranking number 1 out of all of the hotels in the area. The Plymouth hotel is also in the top three, in the second position.
The Three Best Rated Award began in 2014, with the simple goal to find the best three. This is across many professional businesses, not just hotels. There is no sign-up, no fees to pay or an entry process, the top companies are only chosen based on quality. Three Best Rated helps more than four million people every month to find businesses, solutions or products they are looking for in their local area.

Being independently assessed by The Best Rated was welcome news, and clearly indicates that Future Inns are doing a fantastic job. The team should all be proud of their hard work, and of the recognition these awards have highlighted.
