Kids Eat Free this Summer in Bristol
Offer the perfect treat to your children this summer, before they go back to school, without having to worry about the costs. Under 12’s eat for free with a paying adult between 22nd July and 1st September 2019 in Chophouse Bar and Restaurant in Cabot Circus.
We know that the school holidays can be a whirlwind trying to keep the kids entertained, organising childcare and days out all of which make life pretty hectic and more expensive than usual. When out and about, or after a long day, you may not feel like cooking, hang up the towel, put away the oven gloves and escape the heat of the kitchen.
The children’s menu has something for foodie kids or those who may be a bit fussier, and they always ensure that there is one of the ‘five a day’ on the plate. Savoury choices include chicken or beef burger, roast chicken, fish fingers, chicken nuggets or even an omelette. If you are letting them have a sweet treat too, options include chocolate cake, ice cream or a sticky toffee pudding. All washed down with bottomless squash, or you can have juice, milk, water or a fizzy drink. Plus, you can keep them occupied. What can be more fun than colouring in your menu?!
The lunch menu in Chophouse Restaurant offers a selection of sandwiches and salads as well as heartier dishes including burgers, grills and pasta. Whereas the evening menu offers an a-la-carte dining experience with signature dishes including Piri Piri chargrilled half chicken Southern slaw, chunky chips and chipotle mayonnaise, locally caught fish dishes and authentic ribs and steak. There is a whole selection of starters, side dishes and heavenly desserts to explore too.
There are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. From a lighter bite of a Superfood salad with broad beans, pomegranate seeds, kale, avocado, julienne carrot, roast butternut squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, lemon dressing, to a hearty vegan linguine with cherry tomatoes, avocado, chilli, lime and courgette ribbons. The biggest hit this summer has been the homemade chocolate brownie sundae with toffee and chocolate sauce and honeycomb.
(There’s also a fully stocked bar and cocktail menu if the summer holidays become ‘too much’!)
