Dementia Awareness Week

Dementia is set to be the 21st's century biggest killer. If you’re worried that you, or someone close to you, may have dementia, it can be difficult to talk about. It may leave you feeling scared, alone or confused.  However, it is extremely important to talk to someone about it. The sooner you know what you’re dealing with, the sooner you can take back control of your life.

Dementia Awareness Week (14-20th May 2017) will spread awareness & encourage sufferers to open up to the society.  To support this fantastic cause, there will be national and regional press coverage, awareness-raising and fundraising events across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and a national advertising campaign.
