Cardiff Food Bloggers Love our Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea too!

So, we did something brave for us, we invited food and lifestyle bloggers from Cardiff to join us for a very different event. We showcased our Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea, something we are very proud of, especially, as it is all homemade.

On Thursday 10th January 2019, we hosted a bloggers event where the attendees got to try our homemade Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea – which we are very proud of.  To truly get the party started, on arrival they were given a glass of prosecco and got to mingle with some special exhibitors.

Our heartfelt thanks have to go out to them, as we would not have been able to put on the event without their support.  We were joined by Tanya Whitebits who is the only Welsh fake tan company which prides itself on fast drying, non-sticky and most importantly an odour free formula.  Before tanning, you may need to prep, and Madame Wax can help with that.  Their 30-minute pain free ‘Fancy a Quickie’ treatments can even be done in a lunchbreak.

Also, in attendance was Anaphase Store, and online retailer based in Cardiff that sells clothing, footwear, homeware and cosmetics.  They provided bath bombs for the goody bags and brought the attendees senses alive with gorgeous smelling candles.  We also have to thank our other suppliers who gave fantastic gifts to be put in the goody bags; Creed The Foodservice Company, Fine Wines and Style of the City. We also had gorgeous centrepieces designed by The Lily Pad.

If you want to wave goodbye to disposable party tableware, Make It Pop, can sell or rent eco-friendly party supplies – ideal for children’s birthday parties.  Of course, you have to attend parties Instagram ready, and Luna Amani’s designs are perfect head turners, making a statement whilst being practical.

However, the highlight of the evening was being served our Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea.  It is all made in house, by our talented Chef’s and presented to a high standard.  It also tastes delicious – but you do not need to take our word for it, we now have some pretty excited bloggers who agree too!
