Brand new summer menu in Chophouse Restaurant

When you think of summer, your thoughts immediately go to shorts, flip-flops, sun cream and holidays. For us, it's the influx of fresh, bright seasonal ingredients. Such as beetroot, broad beans, courgette, garlic and peppers. These are used throughout the new summer menu in Bristol.

Chophouse Bristol Menu

The brand-new Chophouse Menu at Future Inns Bristol is a fantastic addition to summer in Bristol. There are many fresh vegetables and flavours on the menu to make you feel like you're abroad, instead of on staycation. All of our dishes are created on-site using local, fresh ingredients. Bristol Restaurant Menu

Chophouse Restaurant is the home of steaks, chops and ribs. Not into steak? No problem! Bristol has been crowned The Vegan Capital of the World. There are so many lip-smacking choices, including plenty of gluten-free options too. Chicken and fish dishes – including our sustainable haddock battered in Butcombe™ beer. Plus, something for children. In fact, under 5's eat for free with a paying adult, and this offer is extended to under 12's during half term.

Bristol Lunch Menu 

If you fancy a light bite at lunchtime, how about a bowl of summer pistou soup (vg) (gf) packed full of vegetables and herbs? Or panzanella salad (vg) with tomatoes, red onion, basil, rosemary focaccia, garlic, olive oil and vinegar dressing. It goes perfectly with goats' cheese or parma ham if you want to add them. Plus, a range of sandwiches, paninis or even nachos.

Heartier dishes are also on the menu, including aubergine, red pepper and courgette cannelloni (vg), nachos (v) (gf) with tortilla chips, cheese, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, chives and sour cream, with an option to top with beef chilli. Or a southern fried chicken burger in a brioche bun, gem lettuce, beef tomato, paprika mayo and triple-cooked chips.


Dinner Menu

After a more relaxed daytime menu, things move up a notch in the evenings. Some notable new dishes on the menu include Cajun grilled half chicken (gf) with herbed corn salsa, grilled spring onions, lime mayo and a side of your choice. Or the roasted loin of cod (gf) on a bed of spinach, chorizo, cannellini beans, paprika mayo and roasted garlic. 

This is alongside our grill menu, including some of the nation's favourite steak cuts, including Ribeye, Sirloin, Rump and a Fillet. All steaks are served with a green salad, onion rings, a side and sauce. These are garlic and parsley butter, peppercorn sauce, romesco sauce, blue cheese sauce or a mushroom and thyme jus.

Room Service

Are you staying in our bristol hotel? You're more than welcome to dine in your bedroom. Some dishes are available 24 hours a day, including a veggie (vg) or chilli con carne served with rice and tortilla chips. Popular items on the menu include the Chophouse burger in a brioche bun gem lettuce, beef tomato, pickles, house slaw and triple-cooked chips. A southern fried chicken burger and plant burger (vg) are also available. 

If you're hungry, load your room service tray with starters, sides and dessert. Our favourites are the sticky toffee pudding (v) with salted caramel ice cream, the deep-filled apple pie (v) (gf) with raspberry sorbet or the vanilla cheesecake (v) with peach compote. 


Set Menu Bristol

Our favourite special offer is available seven days a week. You can enjoy two courses for £19 or 3 courses for £23. The table d'hote menu has some popular selections from the Chophouse Restaurant menu and fantastic fresh specials.

Drinks in Bristol

One of our favourite special offers is 2 for 1 on cocktails. Do you like it shaken or stirred? With a salt rim or sugar? On the rocks or straight up? Available Monday to Friday between 4pm-7pm.

Want a truly unforgettable dining experience? Begin with a cocktail to start your evening off before sitting down to three courses off the table d'hôte dinner menu. You can then stick to the same cocktail or pick two entirely different ones from the cocktail menu. Available 7 days a week from 5pm, all for £50 per person. This is also available to purchase as a gift voucher.
