The Terms & Conditions are as follows:

•         10th meeting room hire is free of charge. Refreshments & catering payable.

•         9 meetings must be confirmed and paid in full before the free meeting can be booked.

•         New members can back date their last 3 meetings onto the program.

•         10th meeting must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

•         Future Inns standard terms and conditions apply to all meeting bookings including the free meeting. 

•         After 10th meeting room is redeemed the program begins again where by the booker can claim another free meeting room once 9 further meetings have been booked & paid in full.
