Let's start with your arrival. Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. A handful of bedrooms are on the ground floor. 

The accessible room has a King size double and the option to add a sofa bed. Within the room, you can expect ample turning space. Bedrooms also have everything you would expect from accessible hotels at an exceptional value for money. With tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and parking for £9 per stay at Cabot Circus (next door). Or, there are limited Blue Badge holder spaces at the back of the hotel for £9 per stay. When you arrive, please register your vehicle at Reception to avoid being sent a penalty charge notice.

There's also a complimentary robe and slippers in your room, plus home away from home services like ice buckets and an ice machine, which you can help yourself to. 24-hour room service is also available. 

The private bathroom has an accessible shower with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink, towel rail and shelving have been lowered. You'll find complimentary toiletries and space to keep your things within easy reach.

The public transport network includes accessible buses and trains at Temple Meads Station. Step-free access is throughout Temple Meads Rail Station, with lifts to the platforms and some facilities. Shopmobility is available at Cabot Circus (across the road from our hotel). If you are travelling by car, many places have Blue Badge parking. Taxis are also easy to book or flag down. Uber also operate in Bristol.
