Speedway Cardiff 17 August 2024 at the Principality Stadium

FIM Speedway Grand Prix at the Principality Stadium

The Speedway returns to Principality Stadium on 17 August 2024

Britain’s biggest indoor motorsport event makes a blockbuster return to Cardiff’s Principality Stadium. The first FIM British Speedway Grand Prix held at the Principality Stadium occurred on 9 June 2001.  Only one British rider out of the 16 who have ridden at the Principality Stadium has won the Grand Prix in Cardiff - Chris Harris in 2007. Will we see another British winner in 2024?

Speedway superstars Tony Rickardsson, Greg Hancock, Jason Crump, Nicki Pedersen, Chris Holder and Bartosz Zmarzlik are just some of the riders who have topped the podium in Cardiff.
