Cardiff's famous big weekend and LGBTQ+ celebration is back between 23rd-25th August 2019
Pride Cymru's event is historically known as Cardiff-Wales LGBT Mardi Gras. Like everyone else, we are eagerly awaiting the information for 2019's celebration. The event is usually held in Bute Park or the City Hall Lawns, a stone's throw from each other.
The event starts with a parade stretching over a mile long through the streets of Cardiff. In 2018 over7,000 participants took part. The parade ends where the entertainment begins.
Cardiff City Hall is a 12-minute taxi ride from Future Inn Cardiff. Cardiff Bay train station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and takes you to Cardiff Queen Street station which is also a 11-minute walk to Cardiff City Hall. It would take approximately 35 minutes to walk from the hotel.
