Free Parking
All guests at Future Inns and Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or hotel reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Please take advantage of our free electric car charging whilst you visit.
Accessibility
The open-plan event suite is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the entrance to the venue. Terms and Conditions
Standard booking terms and conditions apply. A deposit of £10 per person will be taken at the time of booking to secure your space at the party. The remaining balance will be required four weeks before the event. If you are booking online, full payment is taken at the time of booking. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
