Disabled Access
The open-plan restaurant is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly there is no disabled toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Free Parking
Guests at Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the restaurant consoles or reception consoles when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our free electric car charging whilst you dine.
Terms and Conditions
Standard booking terms and conditions apply, and all menus are subject to availability. Blue Light Card holders receive 15% off food at Thomas Restaurant when purchasing a minimum of two courses from the main menu, Sunday lunch, the TDH menu, or the festive menu. This offer is not valid on special event dates, including Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. The discount is on food only, excluding drinks. The discount applies to a maximum of six guests per booking. No Blue Light Discount Code is needed; however, the physical Blue Light Card must be presented - copies, photographs or payslips will not be accepted.
