The welcoming, cosy Cardiff Bay restaurant is open to the public as well as hotel residents for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, a-la-carte evening dining and traditional roasts on Sundays. Thomas Restaurant has gained an excellent reputation and is the perfect setting for a family celebration, a catch up with friends, a client meeting or an intimate dinner for two.  

Thomas Restaurant is located in Future Inn Cardiff, and serves British food, as well as contemporary and traditional Welsh cuisine. We pride ourselves on providing the best, mouth-watering dishes using fresh local ingredients.
