Our Welsh drink selection includes Penderyn vodka, Benjamin Hall gins, and Cariad wines. There is also an extensive gin and mixer menu and 2 for £15 on cocktails.

With venue hire, bar facilities, and a menu of options, our party packages can be tailored to your requirements of up to 210 guests in our function rooms. These packages are ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries, and other special celebrations. You’re more than welcome to bring your own decorations, hire one of our preferred suppliers or even let us take care of it.
With the foreseeable future predicted to be filled with nappy changes, feeding and being sleep deprived, a dining experience could be something to look forward to. Thomas Restaurant is the home of British food as well as contemporary and traditional Welsh cuisine.
The Cocktail Dining Experience menu allows you to choose from a range of starters, mains and desserts. Plus, three cocktails of your choice from the menu. These can be swapped for mocktails or buy a gift voucher for the mum-to-be to enjoy after the arrival.
As Future Inns gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, they are the ideal gift to take to a baby shower, hen party, birthday or wedding.
You can even send them via email if you can’t make the event.
Gift experiences include overnight stays, afternoon tea, lunch or dinner. Sometimes we do not know what the recipient will want to spend their gift vouchers on, so monetary amounts are also available.

Our homemade food is homemade in-house, so we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. Please mention this when booking if you require a vegetarian or vegan spread or if you need gluten or dairy-free. It is essential that these are pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible, so they can be made for you.
Children are more than welcome to join your celebration. A children's menu is available for those under 12's and under 5's eat for free (excluding afternoon tea).
Free car parking is available to everyone attending an event. Please make sure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our electric car charging whilst you dine.
The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venue suitably accessible for guests travelling to attend your event. The hotel is found opposite the Red Dragon Centre.

The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and event spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets.
Thomas Restaurant is also on the ground floor. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Admittedly there is no disabled toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away.
