We like to do it a bit differently from the rest and guarantee a Taste of Wales in our afternoon tea selection, plus a Christmas twist!
The Welsh word for taste is Blas; our amazing chefs certainly bring you that, producing distinct and authentic flavours. They have recreated the traditional afternoon tea menu of delicious finger sandwiches, mouth-watering homemade cakes and handmade scones with lashings of cream and fruit jam by adding a truly Welsh twist. The Taste of Wales Afternoon Tea includes unlimited tea or coffee, but we highly recommend continuing the theme with Welsh Brew Loose Leaf Tea.

Free Parking
Guests at Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the restaurant consoles or reception consoles when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Take advantage of our electric car charging whilst you dine.
Disabled Access
The open-plan restaurant is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly there is no disabled toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Terms and Conditions
All Christmas menus are subject to availability. Pre-booking is required with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. A £10 per person deposit is required, and the remaining balance 24 hours before your booking. Our Restaurant Team will contact you to arrange the payment if you book online. The booking will be cancelled if the customer is uncontactable. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
Bottomless prosecco for up to 2 hours from the time of table reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if any guests appear too drunk or abuse the system. One drink will be served at a time. The last sitting is at 4pm.
