In support of the release of his 30th studio album Blood Red Roses, Rod Stewart is hitting the road with a UK tour.
There was such high demand to see the icon live that an extra date was added - and luckily Bristol was the city chosen to host it. The 73-year-old will now kick off the tour here at the home of Bristol City FC on 22nd May 2019 before stopping off at seven other stadiums and outdoor venues across England and Scotland.
Concert-goers will also be treated to tracks from his soon to be released new album Blood Red Roses - a deeply personal 13-track collection of originals and three covers – which is released almost 50 years to the date from when he signed his very first solo recording contract.
Ashton Gate Stadium is a 17-minute taxi ride from Future Inn Bristol. Alternatively, a train can be caught which will take around 27 minutes. It would take approximately 45 minutes to walk from the hotel.
