Future Inn Bristol is an ideal wedding venue for individuals with disabilities, reduced mobility, and wheelchair users. Our disabled facilities and fully accessible hotel offer a range of accessories to accommodate different needs.

Parking
Wedding guests get 50% off parking at Cabot Circus. Please present your ticket to our reception team upon departure, who will validate it.
Those staying overnight get free parking:
All guests get free parking at Cabot Circus, directly across the road from the hotel.
The car park is within the Bristol Clean Air Zone; however, entry and exit via Houlton Street avoids the chargeable zone.
We recommend double-checking your car's eligibility before travelling.
A drop-off parking zone at the back of the hotel gives you a strict 15 minutes to unload.
Limited blue badge parking is also available, but it needs to be pre-arranged with the team.
Children
Children are more than welcome to join your celebration. An under-12 children's menu is available, and under-5s eat for free.

Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. To secure this special offer, the deposit must be received by 31 December 2025. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and must be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
