Prom Packages Bristol

The end of year Prom is probably the biggest and most important event on the student calendar

 

At Future Inns, we know how to plan parties that bring the house down. We like to think we’re one of Bristol’s cool prom venues with event rooms that sit up to 200 guests. It extends across the whole top floor of the hotel, with some of the best views over Cabot Circus and Bristol city centre. There’s even a terraced balcony, the ideal place to take selfies, photographs with your friends, or cool off if you’ve been dancing. 

So whether you call it the school prom or the graduation ball, get the red carpet ready for a night you and your school friends will remember forever.

Our highly experienced team will assist you step by step... just not with your coursework. Whether you are planning a spectacular event that oozes Hollywood glamour, dinner and karaoke, or a low-key celebration, we have the facilities and expertise to make it a truly memorable occasion.

There are different dining and entertainment packages to choose from to best suit your budget and requirements, including food - buffet or sit-down menus. The team are happy to give teachers and students a tour of the facilities and discuss your options further. 

Proms and events can take place on various dates available after the GCSE exams have finished - weekdays or weekends. If you are looking at another time of year, please let us know?

Our Prom Checklist

  • Put together a committee
  • Pick your date and venue – Future Inns Bristol
  • Pick a theme
  • Entertainment ideas: photobooths, a magician, live music and much more!
  • Extra additions: hire a sweet cart, arcade games,
  • Book a photographer or videographer
  • Send out invites and advertise in school
  • Pick a Prom Song and create a hashtag!
  • Finalise - menus, timings, decorations, details and payments
  • Set up the prom suite and party!

Specialist diets and allergens

As our food is homemade in house, we can assist anyone with a special diet or allergies and intolerances. These must be pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible so that they can be made for you. Please mention this when booking. 

Terms and conditions

Standard event terms and conditions apply, including exchanging contracts and securing with a deposit. Minimum numbers apply.
