The welcoming, cosy Bristol restaurant is open to the public as well as hotel residents for breakfast, lunch and a-la-carte evening dining. Chophouse Restaurant has gained an excellent reputation and is the perfect setting for a family celebration, a catch up with friends, a client meeting or an intimate dinner for two.  

You know about our Canadian heritage by now. Well, we’ve brought a hint of the great dishes from our homeland including steaks, chops and ribs, added a local twist and conjured up some great tasting dishes using the best local ingredients we could find. All this is served to you by our friendly staff in a relaxed and informal environment that is Chophouse Restaurant.
