Our favourite food deal at our Bristol restaurant is back. Available 7 days a week, you can enjoy 2 courses for £22 or 3 courses for £26. The table d'hote menu has some popular selections from the Chophouse Restaurant menu and fantastic fresh specials. The restaurant is open and welcomes hotel guests, Cardiff residents and visitors to the area.

Bristol City Centre Restaurants

Chophouse Restaurant is the home of steaks, chops and ribs. Not into steak? No problem! There are so many lip-smacking choices; chicken and fish dishes. There are a lot of choices to get your taste buds tingling with options to suit all diets, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Dishes are homemade, using local produce and fresh ingredients.

You can expect local draft lager, cider, craft beer, wine, and spirits. Our local selection includes Buttcombe, Bristol Harvey Cream and Bristol Rum. Of course, there's a range of soft drinks, mocktails, tea or coffee.

What is a table d'hôte or TDH menu?

In restaurant terminology, a table d'hôte menu is a multi-course meal with a smaller selection of choices charged at a fixed price. It is also known as a set menu. It in no way reduces the quality of the food you receive. The main difference between an a-la-carte and table d'hôte menu is that the a-la-carte will have a wide variety of courses that are individually priced, whereas the table d'hôte is a menu type usually with a set number of courses, all for a set price.

Specialist Diets and Allergens

As our food is homemade in-house, we are able to assist anyone who has a special diet or allergies and intolerances. If you require a vegetarian or vegan spread, or if you need gluten or dairy-free, for example, please mention this when booking. It is essential that these are pre-ordered, giving us as much notice as possible, so they can be made for you.

Children

Children are more than welcome in Chophouse Restaurant. A children's menu is available daily, which offers a main, dessert and drink for £8. It is ideal for under 12's. Under 5's can eat for free with a paying adult.

Disabled Access

The open-plan restaurant is on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. An accessible toilet is found in the bar area. Parking for Blue Badge holders is at the back of the building, which is £9 per car.
