The 02 Academy has been hosting quality live shows and the brightest new acts since 2001. It opened with a sell-out performance from Ocean Colour Scene. Over the years, the venue has provided plenty of memorable moments and iconic performances.
Elbow, Kendrick Lamar, Foals, Arcade Fire, Amy Winehouse and Kings of Leon have all performed at O2 Academy Bristol over the years, and some of the biggest club names and DJs have played to sold-out crowds. Plus Faithless, Ian Brown, Gorillaz, Annie Mac presents, One Nation, Bedlam and Sidewinder.
In 2023 you can see the Goo Goo Dolls, Spiritbox, Pusha T, Gracie Abrams, Rival Sons, McFly, Scouting For Girls and Craig Charles Funk & Soul House Party.

The O2 Academy is a 7-minute drive or taxi ride from Future Inn Bristol. There's no dedicated O2 Academy Bristol Parking. There is limited street parking on Frogmore Street, where the venue is, or Trenchard Street multi-storey car park a street away. Alternatively, a bus can be caught, which will take between 13-16 minutes - several go in this direction, with all bus stops a very short walk from the hotel. It would take approximately 19 minutes to walk from the hotel or 7 minutes to cycle.

Chophouse Restaurant is ideal for fueling up before or after the event. The team serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, or an evening a-la-carte menu. All produce is local, and the food is homemade on-site. Our set menu offers 3 courses for £26 daily from 5pm. Under 5's always eat for free.
