You know about our Canadian heritage by now. Well we've brought a hint of the great dishes from our homeland, added a local twist and conjured up some great tasting dishes using the best local ingredients we could find. All this is served to you by our friendly staff in the relaxed and informal environment that is Chop House Restaurant .
We'd love you to stay and eat with us in the hotel, of course, but if you don't that's OK with us too. There's plenty of choice of places to eat nearby, especially in Cabot Circus.
We also serve full English breakfast but don't forget to try the pancakes with genuine maple syrup.
