I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. It is a lovely modern hotel a stones throw from the ever improving Cabot Circus with fantastic shopping great bars and restaraunts. Very comfortable spacious rooms with good air con.

This hotel has everything going for it very friendly staff, lovely rooms with very comfortable beds, we could not fault any part of it you even have free car parking. We visit Bristol as our son is at University and have stayed in many hotels but we are going to stay here again on our next visit.

Just returned from a two night weekend break at this hotel, which I booked a surprise break for my boyfriend (who's is very fussy!). We were so impressed with this hotel - don't have any doubts about staying here!

On arrival you park in the 24 hour Cabot circus shopping centre multi storey, which has 24hr security. This is completely free for the duration of your stay (the hotel validate your ticket) if you park on the ground floor it's just a short walk to the reception.

The hotel is obviously very new, shiny and clean. Buy what is more refreshing is unlike most other hotel chains, the staff are more than helpful, friendly and courteous.

I stayed one night with my wife and our grandson so that he could attend the Skateboard World Championship at Cardiff Barrage.  From the time I made the booking by phone to checking out I received nothing but courtesy and excellent service from all the staff. The bedrooms were large, clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully furnished in a simple manner. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but it was very good and the range offered well prepared.  We will certainly use this hotel next time we are in the area and will stay at their others should we need to visit Bristol or Plymouth.

Rooms were huge, extremely clean and excellently fitted out. Hotel lobbys, lifts and corridors were very wide for unimpaired access and traversing. Staff were very friendly and highly efficient. Car parking was excellent. Internet was fast with highly competent connections.

We've just come back from a weekend break at Cardiff's Future Inn. We found the hotel really good and would highly reccomend to everyone. Check in was simple and really quick, the rooms were large with everything you'd require (tea, coffee, biscuits, hair dryer, ironing board) The towels provided were large and v.good quality.

Just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. The purpose of our visit was to go to the Millennium Centre to see a show. Cannot fault this hotel - room was extremely spacious with a large bed and a settee. Room and bathroom was spotless. The room was also light and airy. Large dressing table area which was a nice bonus. Noticed that they had modern, small silver hairdryers with good power unlike the cheap ,cream coloured noisey ones in other hotels. Bathroom was modern with a connecting door to a separate WC.

The breakfast was very good and even though on the Saturday morning we had to queue due to the number of guests staying - it was only for a few minutes as the staff were very efficient in quickly clearing the tables. The location of the hotel was excellent as we booked to stay at the hotel as we were going to see a show at the Millennium Centre.
